Hi,

already 8 month ago I installed a recent version of x Theme after a long pause.

After that I could not activate most of extensions, one of them is visual composer and just one time there was a notice, that there is a conflict with an old cache content. After That I’ve made my homepage without Visual Composer and other great functions, but it’s not a long-term solution.

Now I finally tried to fix it by changing the code in wp-config.php
define(‘ENABLE_CACHE’, true); to false, but it doesn’t help.

Please help…

Hey Darya,

Please uninstall Cornerstone and go to Addons so it will be automatically installed again. After that, check if the issue persists. If so, please give us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

I also actualized the X-Theme now
But it still asks me to activate a copy of my visual composer and I can’t create no new page any more

I’d like to use visual composer – now it is installed and activated
But if I try to create a new page, there is no button for it and for other functions as before, and now the wordpress mask does not function well, because I can’t switch for example between “visual” and “text” while creating a new page or editing an old one.
Maybe it’s because I rewrite the file WP-config.php putting Bach the “true” for caches?
Could you please check? Thank you

I think all will function, if the Visual Composer and other functions and plug ins will be available in page editing mode…

Hi there,

It seems admin scripts are not working properly. Kind;t take off the cache code and check again. You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
