    Hi!

    I have tried installing the restaurant expanded demo on my site several times. It will not download and I have left it for about an hour to download with no progress. Please advise.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the login credentials. Upon checking your setup, it seems that your running a very old PHP version on your server (PHP v5.2.17), which could be the main cause of this issue.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version to at least v5.6.0 or above to avoid any incompatibility issues.

    Also ask them to increase your PHP Max Script Execute Time to 300.

    Those changes should resolve your issues.
