    Hi there!

    I cannot seem to install the plugins on my WP site: I am getting the error “No Package Provided” consistently each time I try to install a plugin.

    I have followed previous instructions on threads similar to this asking to revoke and validate. I’ve done this about 5 times now and it’s still unfortunately not working.

    Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi Lappy,

    Thanks for writing in! Please clear your caching plugin and deactivate it for a while. Then revoke and re-validate your site by follow the guide provided here: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cant-install-demo-content-4/?replyto=1056165#post-1062654

    Hi Friech!

    I’ve already cleared the cache and deactivated the plugin > revoked and then revalidated the license. However it’s still not working. 🙁

    Hi there,

    It was a temporary caching issue and I have resolved it for you. Try re-validating your site again and install our extensions.

    I have used our temporary license and I have tested installing couple of extensions.
