KyleParticipantI have tried updating memory/etc and still unable to import the demo content for the agency expanded version. Is it possible to simply provide the XML for this?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully we do not have xml file for you to import the demo content for the agency expanded version. We rely much on the Demo Content importer built in X or located in X Addons > Demo Content.
In the meantime can you confirm the following on your server configuration?
– Ensure your firewall is not blocking: http://themeco-demo-content.s3.amazonaws.com/x/ – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

manuelking1977ParticipantI have the same issue since I am trying to import demo content for agency theme but keep failing. I follow any advice available on the forum and internet without success. Please help.

Thanks for updating this thread! Several hours ago, we’ve recently moved all our demos to a new URL (go Rubin), but there were a few hiccups with the demo export system. All the expanded demos have been repaired and will import correctly now. If you’re having trouble, this flag can be added to the URL to clear the import cache
&x-clean-demo-content-cache. We’re looking into Standard demos now.Please try it again now.
