Archive / Cannot fully install X in localhost without revoking live site license

    I need to make modifications to a site I made with X. When the live site updated to wordpress 4.5.3, all pages I tried to edit, said they were edited outside of cornerstone, which they were not. I now need to rebuild with latest X and WordPress but when I install X, it wont let me install any plugins or setup the demo content I originally used with out registering X. When I try to do this it tells my purchase code is in use and I need to revoke it from the live site.
    Please tell there is another way to do this?
