    Hi,

    I´ve tried it several times and I cannot download the Agency demo content from the Addons. I always get the error:

    “We´re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing”.

    Any solution, please?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! I’d recommend that you clear your caching plugin, and disable it during development. This can cause Customizer changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

    And by the way, the ftp credentials is not working for us. The password seems to be invalid. Please double check it.

    I have disable the W3 Total Cache plugin and it has worked.
