    I have attached two images one shows the site as it loads and one that shows after the site is loaded.

    What I want is to learn how to remove the blue boxes, or how to change what is seen as the page is loading. The blue boxes just does not look good or go with the color of the site.

    This is the theme X I am working with.

    Hi There,

    That blue boxes is the section background image. To remove that inspect your section and set the Background Type to none.
