    Hello,

    I have the latest wordpress version.X version is 2.3.0. My site is http://www.rafjacobs.com. I cannot enter Backend editor, can you help me?

    Hey Ron,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hey Ron,

    Please update X to the latest version then uninstall X Shortcodes. You will need to manually update X since you’re using a significantly old version. See https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/. Once that is done, validate X. See https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ for instructions. After that, Cornerstone will be automatically installed. Then, uninstall Visual Composer and install it again via WP Admin > Addons.
