    I cannot deactivate Superfly plugin as I want to delete it from plugins. I have sent site login by private message

    Hi there,

    Kindly delete this from wp-content/plugins/ folder by accessing with FTP.

    Thank you for your reply but it should be able to be deactivated and deleted like all other plugins.I should not have to delete it in the way you suggest can you please explain why.

    Hi Jack,

    It could be your permission issue that’s preventing you to disable this. Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/

    Also if you are using any security plugin; that will do this as well; so check for them.
