    When I try to enter my license key in the dashboard I get this: 

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare x_shortcode_dropcap() (previously declared in /home/bungyjapan/www/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/shortcodes/dropcap.php:6) in /home/bungyjapan/www/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/x-shortcodes/functions/shortcodes.php on line 92

    This error also kills the site. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    What’s the current version of your site? The new version requires cornerstone and not X shortcodes. Please disable the X shortcode plugin and delete it. If your site is now inaccessible due to that error, then you can delete X shortcode through FTP.
