Hello guys,
I’m Stefano – a one-day old newbie. I managed to install X on wp, I activated the license and the theme itself, but when I try to customize it I cannot access. The X keeps turning around and the page seems to be loading for ages. I don’t know why this happens and I’m afraid I messed up with licenses – I assigned the license thrice to different address (because I didn’t register the domain straight away, so I started customizing it working with a default address provided by Siteground), but now I’m working on http://www.ifeelliketraveling.com.

Make sure you have validated your site with the given purchase code. You can validate your current WordPress site by following the guidelines given on this link :
https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Make sure you’ve assigned the right URL with your ThemeCo Account to register the site.
Furthermore, would you mind providing us your WP Login Credentials so that we can see the setup of it?

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

You were right. The guilty plugin was WP Super cache. I downloaded and activated it just because it is suggested everywhere, I even don’t know whether it’s really helpful with this theme or not. Anyway the problem is solved! Thanks. 🙂
