I received the money via paypal immediately for my last two orders in my webshop. But for some reason woocommerces says that the order was cancelled – although I received the payment. So this is causing a wrong invoice which says that the order is cancelled….Why is that?
There are many factors that could cause that including third party plugins and customizations. Please ensure everything is up to date and try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
