    Dear support center,

    I’ve tried everything but I still can not validate my theme on my webpage http://www.ikvindjouwvakantie.nl . When I enter my purchase code it say: Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid.
    When I click details it says: couldn’t connect to host

    Ive already tried to unasign and asign my website url in my account, but It doesnt help. Can you please offer me a solution,

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Your themeco login details

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
