Looks like you switch to image post format. The image post format does not have an excerpt. Please switch to standard.

I checked and it is still standard post.
It seems like a conflict with this extension: Share Buttons by AddThis

If the share function in the post is activated then the excerpt disappears.
I think this is a conflict with which you can not help, right?

But can you help me with the alignment of a image-post. Like I showed in the screenshot above. The image should be left and the main content right and also the footer (tags) under the main content (right to the image).

It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding.
