    I have purchased the X theme in my themeco account and my license is registered there.
    But on the dashboard in WP at X addons it says : you are almost finished. Attached the details. What can I do to validate?

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Purchase Code

    Looks like your site is failing to connect to our server. Please contact your hosting provider and whitelist these IPs.

    for what do you want to whitelist them for?
    You say the server is unable to reach your server and that this one needs to be whitelisted. The outgress connections are not restricted in any way, so I expect you need a way in into the server. What ports does that use?
    Otherwise you need to explain more what connection is needed to validate. The error message is giving a 404 error, which means my server cannot reach the validation server, am I right?

    It’s just my guess just in case your hosting has a security feature that blocks connections.

    Okay, I see..
    I didn’t have the php curl installed so that was the problem. Apt-ed the php5-curl and restarted apache, and I now have a validated theme. Thanks!
