    I was able to install and activate a couple of the plugins but receiving errors when I try to install any others. I click on install and it says “Error Encountered”. Click on details and I receive a blank white popup screen. Any ideas why I can not install these?

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    The Grid is the one causing the issues, I uninstalled that and can now install everything. I really wanted to try The Grid but it will not load anything when installed and causing other apps to not work as well.

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
