    Hi Themeco.

    Im having a technical issue regard changing my profile and group cover image in X-theme of my website.

    the “upload photo” drop file box is only appearing in the [Change Profile Photo] menu, but not [Change Cover Image] menu.
    This happens same in Group setting, too.

    Therefore, I need your help to fix this problem and let my friends customize their own profile and group cover images. 🙂

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Please update X. According to changelog page (https://theme.co/changelog/) current version of X is compatible with BuddyPress v2.3.3 while you’re using v2.4.0, please downgrade BuddyPress plugin.

    Do you plan on updating your theme to be compatible with the latest version of Buddypress soon? I’m having this same problem.

    Which other components of Buddypress are not working properly? I’m not interested in downgrading my Buddypress as I feel such a heavily used theme should support the latest version of such popular plugins.
