    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Would you make it a bit clear? How do you want to point another domain? Is it validated already? Kindly explain a bit.

    Thanks!

    I have http://attorneyrobertwood.com/ registers
and i want to point http://attorneyrobertwoods.com/ (with and S) to http://attorneyrobertwood.com/ (with no S)

Do I need to have the domain name i am forwarding to the registered domain name also register?

    Hi There,

Upon checking the domains, the domain name with S is already redirecting to none S domain. Would you mind confirming if it is okay already?

    Thanks.

    yes the site is ok.
I have a forward set up.
on the domain name with the S /attorneyrobertwoods.com to forward to the domain name without the s /attorneyrobertwood.com but i need to mask the forward to make the visitor think they are going to /attorneyrobertwoods.com with the S.

But when i set up the mask my x theme looks all messed up and scrambled.. it like there is some script on the site cause it to scramble and tweek out when there is a mask forward set up.

would you know how i could fix this problem with as little down time as possible..

i could give you assess to the domain name panel and you could set up the mask so you can see what is happening with the site when i set it up.

    Hi there,

First, you don’t need a copy of another X theme. Second, domain forwarding and masking use a frameset and it’s not responsive, hence, making the site’s responsive features non-functional. It’s like your site is within a window of another window.

How about using CNAME? You may need to contact your domain registrar.

    Thanks!
