I keep trying and it looks like it’s working. But when I view it in another browser . . . the styling is gone. Then, when I refresh the page with cornerstone, the styling has surprisingly vanished.

Here’s the page on my site: http://fiduciarylife.com/about/disclosures/life-insurance-commissions/. Scroll down the FAQ and you’ll see the numbers I’m trying to style. The intent is to have some of the questions look/function like footnotes for the chart/table above.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Please follow the example below.

    [x_accordion id="my-accordion"][x_accordion_item title="This text contains superscript text."]Accordion body text contains superscript text.[/x_accordion_item][/x_accordion]

    Hope that helps.

I am using the X FAQ block. I do not see a way for me to edit the code like that.

    Hi There,

Regretfully, accordion element’s title does not accept HTML code. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer.

    Thanks for understanding.

So, I guess it’s “rebuild the Accordion with the shortcode or bust,” correct?

    Hey Michael,

It would be possible with custom development but out of our scope of support and theme functionalities we can offer as of now.

    Thanks for the understanding.

Sorry for asking again, but I just want to make sure I’m clear on this. I understand you saying that the Accordion element won’t except html styling.

But I also understand you saying that the accordion shortcode WILL, as per above:

    [x_accordion id=”my-accordion”][x_accordion_item title=”This text contains superscript text.”]Accordion body text contains superscript text.[/x_accordion_item][/x_accordion]

I just want to make sure this will work before I go rebuild the accordion element in shortcode and find out that the superscript function won’t work there, either.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Yes, it will work on raw shortcodes like that 🙂 , restriction is only applied on cornerstone builder.

    Thanks!
