marcel wParticipantDear X,
I have a question about a button that acts weird on the safari browser (tested on iphone and ipad). It only works when I press the button on the sides but not when I press the middle of the button. Could you explain if there is something I can do to fix this?

it is the apply online button on the bottom of the page. Thanks for the amazing help!!

RupokMemberHi Marcel,
Thanks for writing in! I have checked but didn’t face such issue. It seems working on clicking anywhere within the button area. Kindly check from a different browser/device.
Cheers!

marcel wParticipantOk thanks for trying,
I tried different devices but the issue remains, cleared the history but it doesn’t work for me. When I open that page and I click it, it should open and when I click it again it should close like on the chrome desktop browser for example, and then when you click it again it should open. When I click the first time I can click anywhere as you said but the second time only on the edges. It seems very weird to me.
I hope you understand me.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
It seems like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
