JoaoModeratorHi There,
If you have third party plugins installed you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Otherwise please provide us your wp admin credentials so we can take a look.
Thanks
Joao

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Just use a dummy email to create a new user. We have several staff working in 24 hours shift from different places. That is why we cannot give you a personal email. To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
β Link to your siteβ¨
β WordPress Admin username / passwordDonβt forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

NicoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for sharing us the login details.
You need to set your button added in cornerstone as a global setting to follow the changes in your customizer.
You can also follow the thread below to adjust the button colors.

Hope it helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Please navigate to Appearance > Customize. Then on Customizer under the Cornerstone tab look for the button color options.
The issue is you renamed your x folder to x-2, and that is why Cornerstone does not recognise the parent x|theme and add its own panel on the customizer conflicting with the X’s button panel.
Please renamed your x|Theme folder to its default x name.
Hope it helps, Cheers!

JoaoModeratorHi There
What exactly happens?
Try doing this:
On WordPress > Appereance > Themes > Select a different theme than X
Go to your FTP rename the folder to x
Go back to wordpress and activate x again.
Let us know how it goes.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for the credentials, but before we do anything please backup your site.
Did you do Joao’s advice above? Switch to a default theme first (twenty sixteen) and then logout to your admin dashboard. Rename the x-2 folder to x, then login back to your dashboard and switch back to X|Theme.
Thanks.
