    Hi There,

    You need to assign a class to your button than use the class to launch it.

    It works when I log out. It does not work when I am logged in. Any idea why this might be happening? The open for logged in users to see it is enabled.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am another staff checking on this thread! The button when clicked works for me. It displays the modal popup as shown in my screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/bt37o8

    We could not check this when logged in because we do not have access to your site. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
