Hi there,

I have some problems and I would truly appreciate it if someone can help me resolve this. Definitely need to get this done ASAP.

1) When new users register and make an account on my website using BuddyPress Log In (top left), I don’t get any notifications, nor do they show up when I view all users.

2) When new users click on their profile settings, the header blocks half of the screen.

Hi There,

I did try to register and it works. Before you can see it on your user list, the user needs to activate the account via the email your site have sent. But then I didn’t receive any email yet. So please check if mail service is working on your site and this:https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/frequently-asked-questions >BuddyPress isn’t sending out emails (eg. activation emails, email notifications)

You registered and I see you on the user list. But I don’t see anyone else..

Where do I check the mail settings? The link tells me to download other plugins to fix a plugin..

Please contact your hosting provider regarding that. Or, try the suggested plugins. This is beyond a theme’s functionality and involves web host setup.
