jenniferljlParticipantHi, I have a site that’s been up for a while and we decided to switch to the X Theme. I’m having a hard time getting the BuddyPress component of our site to display. I deleted the current plugin folder, downloaded v2.4 and installed it via ftp. None of the pages would display. So I deactivated all the plugins associated with BuddyPress except for the core plugin. Still no page content. Would love some assistance. Thanks!

jenniferljlParticipantSure, it’s http://www.fairfamilyradio.com. It has the Under Construction extension enabled, so you will need a login/password. How do I send that securely?

LelyModeratorHello Jennifer,
Thank you for the credentials.
Can you try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Do let us know how this goes.Always,
