Daniel SParticipantHello, after upgrading from 4.3 to 4.6.1 my website is broken, the menu is now vertical and has not formatting, the right sidebar shows below the rest of the website, everything is messed up. After reverting to 4.3 (using the restore function of wp-clone plugin) almost everything went back to normal, but the right column, which contains excerpts of posts plus the post feature image is gone.
Please help.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Sorry for the confusion.
At this time you will need to perform a Child Theme Update
Please have a look on this thread:

Hope that helps,

Daniel SParticipantHi,
Thanks for the reply, it’s very unfortunate that you guys don’t make a BIG NOTE about these details when releasing an upgrade, I’ve lost many hours looking for a solution to this.
Anyway, the problem is partially solved with the new routing of the child theme, thanks.
Now, a shortcode that worked for more than two years is not working after upgrading to 4.6.1:
[recent_posts type=”post” count=”2″ orientation=”vertical” offset=”2″ category=”top-10″]
This shortcode is inside a widget that sits in the right column (right sidebar). I’m attaching a screenshot of how it looked before and how it looks now: the link to the post is correct and works, but it only shows the post title but not the post featured image.
I would appreciate you taking a look into this.
Daniel

Thanks for the updates! To resolve this issue, you can simply update the shortcode and use this instead:
[x_recent_posts type="post" count="2" orientation="vertical" offset="2" category="top-10"]If this doesn’t help, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials, so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
