    Hi guys,

I’m stuck with this problem with breadcrumbs. I would like that on any of my posts there would be path like this: HOME -> PARENT PAGE NAME -> POST TITLE. Now i only get the home icon and a post title. I understand that including categories in breadcrumbs can be challenging, but my categories match exactly with my page names, so presumably the page name should appear in my breadcrumbs in my posts, right?.

Breadcrumbs option is turned on, and it seems to work on my pages (showing: HOME > PAGE NAME), but not on posts.

    Hopefully that makes sense.

    Help me out please.

    Hey there,

That really is the case for posts. If you need advanced breadcrumbs functionality, you’ll need to use a plugin or build a custom function. That however, falls outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/

    Thank you for understanding.

    Hello,

Ok. I understand. However, I have to say I’m a bit disappointed because I think this kind of feature should be working automatically. It is so important for visitors to get themselves on a map immediately if they land on a post page through a search engine for example. I would appreciate to see such implementation in the x theme in the future.

Thank you for a great support though!

We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!
