    bought a separate license to be able to get skins, etc. Uploaded the one downloaded from purchase. When its activated, unable to validate purchase and says that the uploaded plugin was included with the theme, which obviously was incorrect. What now?

    As you have separate license for this so you can now directly reach to the plugin support. They will be better to assist regarding their plugin.

    Hi there,

    Please provide us with your login credentials to check demo content import issue. If you have purchased a license, you may want to delete the one you have installed through X Addons and upload the plugin you purchased.

    just tried to upload the bought plugin to another site that we have never installed essential grid on and it still said that we installed the plugin that was included with the theme.

    Hi there,

    Please add this code to your child theme’s functions.php

    function x_essential_grid_theme_setup() { }

    Then validate/activate your essential grid’s license again. About the demo, what demo you’re trying to import? Is it okay if we do the import and overwrite your existing contents?

    Hi there,

    Your site is not loading in my end so can’t check right now. What’s wrong you are facing with the Essential Grid demo? As I already mentioned on previous reply, you can directly reach to their support as you own a separate license for this. They will check on their end as well if there any issue with X or ES Grid.

    Hope this makes sense.
