    Hi,
I have read several topics on this forum about the blog sidebar issue. I have Thriveleads plugin, and I want to post a signup form to show up on the blog sidebar. When I set up the sign up form on the “MAIN SIDEBAR”, I see the form on the blog “index” page, but NOT on individual blog posts page. Is this issue resolved? I have the latest version of X child/Theme installed, at least in the X Theme dashboard, it shows all are up to day. How can I set this up, so that the forms and anything else will show up on the individual blog posts? Please let me know. This really is an important thing for me and my site 🙂

    Thank you
    Joel

    Hello Joel,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look at your settings? By default, if you have added the widget on the MAIN SIDEBAR it should be available too on the single post page. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Joel,

I can see the sidebar is working fine as expected. I have placed a Text widget on Blog Sidebar that you could check on single page and blog.

However I am not sure about the widget you are using via third party plugin and why it’s not showing. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
