    A few of my site visitors had got in touch to say that http://www.followtheboat.com/blog was empty. When I checked it loaded fine. Then I checked again yesterday and it was blank. In fact this page seems to randomly load a blank page much of the time.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It perfectly loads on my end, would you mind providing a screenshot of your developer tools console when it goes blank?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I think it was not blank hence no error on console. However it’s loading on my end fine. Maybe they have some connection issue.

    Cheers!

    No, a number of people have complained about this. I cannot see it either in both Chrome and Firefox. It’s random.

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If that doesn’t help, please deactivate all third party plugins while we investigate. I see you’re using WP Optimize, please be aware that this might cause issues when not configured properly.

    Thanks.

    Thing is, I haven’t added any plugins. This has happened since the latest Theme X upgrade. If I deactive all plugins, you want to me to deactivate cornerstone as well?

    Hi,

    No need to deactivate cornerstone, only third party plugins that are not listed on the link below.

    https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    You can also try adding this in your wp-config.php file located at the root directory of your site

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You may add it before this line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Hope that helps
