Hello,

I don’t have the option to put in a text widget for my blog.

I wanted to add in the shortcode [recent_posts count=”3″ orientation=”vertical”] so I could have vertical posts and make my blog look like the demo: http://demo.theme.co/renew-4/blog/

Yes, on Appearance > Widgets there should be Text widgets like the attached screenshot. Is that missing for you? If yes, would you mind giving us access so we can check?

You could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If not a plugin issue, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

I would rather not just go about disabling all plugins … i dont know what might happen to my site. Cant risk breaking something.

If that is not possible, it would be better if you could setup a staging site. Login with admin access right is needed so we can investigate where this issue might be coming from.

in the mean time i had a second separate question maybe you can help me with.

I am looking to make a long list on my website link this one: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/custom-headline/

Accordion only lets me do like 5 or 6 tabs. What plugin are you using on that demo to make that long list?

Hi there,

Are you referring about the link on the right sidebar?

If so, you can set up a menu that will contain the link and add a custom menu widget to the sidebar then select the menu you have just created.
