bshumParticipantHi
My blog does not load since the X 4.5 update. I’ve tried on three devices and all show a blank page. Link below. After the update, WP did show a message saying my php is out of date. Would that be an issue? Please help. Thanks!

Linus MetzlerParticipantYour server reports an error 500 meaning “something bad happened on the server”. Unless you have access to the server logs, it’s going to be trial and error. Are you using the Renew stack? If so, please see https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/updated-to-4-5-now-parse-error-syntax-error-unexpected-tags-t_string/#post-1020360 for a possible solution.

RupokMemberHi @bshum
Thanks for writing in! Did you already fixed this as I can see the blog fine? – http://prntscr.com/bb4glu
If you didn’t do anything then it would be best if you just clear your cache and check again. Let us know.
Cheers!

bshumParticipantDid you scroll down? It only displays part of the first blog post and then stops. It should display 12 or 15 posts.

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! Have you cleared all possible caches? Note you may need to check your host to see if they have any performance caching active for your site. Some hosts have features like this turned on by default. If that doesn’t help, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!

RupokMemberHi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Make sure to do this for ALL third party plugins including the caching.
Thanks

bshumParticipantI deactivated all non-X theme plug-ins, except jetpack, and blog doesn’t load. i also noticed that the wp admin bar at the top of the page doesn’t load either.
