Would that work if we hide the feature image on your posts?

If yes,

Please add the following code to Appereance Customizer Custom CSS

.single-post .entry-featured {
     display:none;
}

If that is not what you are looking for please provide a more detailed information about your goals.

Blog page shows full content. Did you modify archive page in child theme? If so please activate parent theme and check archive pages again.

Do you mean filterable blog page? Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
