    Hey guys,

I want to create a fullwidth CTA. The block button seems like the ideal solution. But is it possible to have the text break into two lines?

Usually i would break two sentences with the <br> tag, but that doesn’t seem to work. Here is my button:

    [button type=”flat” shape=”square” size=”large” href=”#example” block=”true” title=“CTA”]Do you want help? Contact us![/button]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

<br> tag should work fine, please try this shortcode :

    [button type=”flat” shape=”square” size=”large” href=”#example” block=”true” title=“CTA”]Do you <br>want help? <br>Contact us![/button]

    Hope it helps.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately it didn’t work. In the attached image, you can see three buttons. One without <br> tag, the second with. The third button is your code copy-pasted, but your quotation marks did something weird so i changed them.

Not sure why it doesn’t work on your end. It works on my test site though so this isn’t a bug (see attachment).

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks.

I think I found the problem, and of course the solution:

I had just posted it directly into the “visual” tab of my blog post, instead of the “text”. When adding the <br> tags in the text editor, it works perfectly 🙂

    Hi there,

Glad that you figured it out. Yes you need to place the shortcodes within Visual Tab.

    Cheers!
