I have a site that is using Revolution slider. I got a call from the client this morning, and the slider is showing a blank white slide. I checked, and there was an update available for the plugin, which I ran. The slider is still blank. 🙂 I have tried refreshing, and there is no caching plugin installed on the site, and not CDN.

5.3.0.1 does the same thing. This issue is all over twitter, Themepunch seems to have no other issues than with the combination of Revslider and X-Theme. 5.3.0.1 did not fix the issues in X-theme. Rolling back to 5.2.6 and it works fine again.

Since there are some problems in isolated installations of the new version of Revolution Slider I recommend you to downgrade your sliders until the next update.
Access your site via ftp access wp-content/plugins/ and remove revslider and replace for the one containing on the zip file of the link below.
We are working with ThemePumch and we hope to be able to provide a new update soon.
