    Hello,

    I am new to WordPress and X. I previously installed X and had a problem with permalinks displaying properly. I ended up unistalling everything and reinstalling. Everything with X was working fine at the time.

    During the reinstall, I can not seem to get the Demo Content to load. I get a blank page with http://corpgaming.com/wp-admin/admin.php?

    The site is http://www.corpgaming.com. Nothing is really developed and is a fresh install.

    I am running current on everything.
    WP Version 4.5.3
    X Version 4.6.0
    Cornerstone Version 1.3.0

    I can also see all the extensions but the install buttons are gray and do nothing when clicked. All icons have the green unlocked pad lock so they should be available. I have made sure I have the php-xml installed as well. I have read and tried several solutions via searching and have come to no solutions.

    When I click on the demo content down arrow I only see standard and extended. No actual demos for any of the stacks.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for posting in.
    I tried to login, unfortunately the password is incorrect. Please double check.
    Please also make sure that your copy of X is validated:https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Regarding the demo, each of those demo either standard or extended are using specific stack. Once you installed your preferred demo, you can go to Appearance > Customize> Stack: The active stack is what the demo is currently using.

    I verified that X is validated.

    Cornerstone takes me to the themeco page and my license code is shown so I believe it is validated as well.

    Hi there,

    You only have to validate X theme. Make sure that you’re using the latest version of Cornerstone to avoid any incompatibility issues. You can crosscheck version numbers from the following link (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

    Hi there,

    There is a javascript error that prevents it from displaying.

    x-addons-home.min.js?ver=4.6.0:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'undefined' of undefined

    This means some of the libraries is not loaded completely, would you mind re-installing your X theme? If the issue persist then please provide your FTP login credentials as well. I’ll try my own copy of X theme.

    Thanks Rad, Where did you see that error. I looked through all my logs and only saw that blank page?

    I will reinstall and reply back with results. Will not be until tomorrow. Off to work for the rest of the day and night.

    Also, the copy I have is good. I had it installed one other time. I had an issue with permalinks displaying properly so I uninstalled everything and started from scratch only to find out it was in my apache.
