    I’ve had an X site running very well for about a year but recently encountered a problem with bank customiser screen. Never happened before. Recently updated WordPress and X to latest versions. Have seen this problem mentioned in your forum and tried some of the fixes without success. Only have a basic skill level when it comes to PHP etc. Attached is screen shot of empty customiser panel. Would like some help please.
