Thanks for writing in! Upon testing your site, we believe this is a Vimeo issue. We are seeing this error in the JS Console:
We also did a pingdom tools test and found 4 errors all pointing to Vimeo. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/cKXGwG/http://www.z7networks.com/
We suggest contacting Vimeo since you have a plus account and see what they can do about it. You can also try loading the video as a regular video on a test page and not a slider and see if there are any issues. If it works fine outside of the slider then, it may be a slider issue.
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!February 24, 2016 at 8:06 pm #811220
I did a test page, used the Video Player instead of slider and the video won’t autoplay. I also did the pingdom test and still has vimeo player error.
Most probably you’re right, it’s vimeo player issue.

Thanks for updating the thread! Yes it’s best to check with them. However, I noticed that you used a video player element. This only works with self hosted videos and not embeds. You need to use the embed video element and use the embed code to do that test. Your image shows you just used the link to the vimeo page with the video. Vimeo doesn’t provide you with direct links to the mp4. I’m not sure with a plus or pro account, you can ask them for that as well.
