muckymonsterclubParticipantHi there, I am currently testing my test before launch on sunday and am having an issue with the billing details on my checkout page.
My problem:
I add a product to my cart.
when I then go to purchase in the cart and enter my details the “Email” and “post code” content form automatically has my personal email and postcode within the form field. I have tested on other machines/phones and the form field is the same across them all.I Have looked throughout all of the woo commerce settings and i cannot find a option for this input. Im bit stumped really.
the page is as follows: http://www.muckymonsterclub.com/checkout/
but you may need to add a product to get to view the billing details section.
Also is there a good process to optimise the site fully, as it seems to be running little slow since i have added more content, I’m not sure if its the site or server(ipage) as this would be my first WP site.
Mega job on the theme tho!
Many Thanks

muckymonsterclubParticipantHi There, Thanks for getting back to me.
I think i know why the link above wasn’t working try this one instead:
http://www.muckymonsterclub.com/product/baby-class/
(you will have to add a product to the cart to get to the checkout page), this is a separate issue which i need to look into, do you have any advice on this also?
many thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
That information is saved within your logged in account. It’s your billing information which is only accessible and usable with your account.
To verify it, I did add a product and go to checkout. There is no information being shown. Please also note that browser may auto-fill it based on the information saved on your computer.
You can find that saved information in your profile at Admin > Users > Your Profile
Thanks!
