    HI There

I’m a complete beginner to both WordPress (Integrity Theme) and Woocommerce. I have just migrated all my products over from Ecwid and want to create a sidebar in my shop that allows filtering of products by category and tags. I have created a sidebar, but it won’t show up on my “resources” tab on the main menu – where I want to host my shop.

I have read something about a Child Theme – is this something I need? Could you point me in the direction of how to achieve the above?

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! You can set a global content layout under Appearance -> Customize -> Content Layout as Content Left, Sidebar Right and then select Shop Layout as “Use Global Content Layout” under Appearance -> Customize -> Shop.

    Hope that helps.
