Hi Support,

I have an odd issue with my sites banner which I designed in photoshop. I used some shadow effects on the top and bottom of the banner which when I insert into a page as a background image displays properly with the shadow effects, but when I use the same image in rev slider all the shadow effect is missing on desktop only, it seems to be fine on mobile though.

I am assuming there is something I am missing when setting up rev slider.

Please set the Background Fit option to Contain. See https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/main-background/ for more details.

Hi,

Thanks for the help! The Contain option allows the image to size correctly but the image doesn’t display full width so you also have to set the background fit to 100% and it goes full width, just in case anyone else with the same issue reads this.
