1. I wonder why my rev slider on index is not showing on mobile? You can see my settings in the attached images.
2. Is my current 13MB mp4 of 10 seconds video too heavy in your opinion?
3. Should I make the video in a different file format?

Thanks for posting in.
Your video is fine, but there is no autoplay on mobile. Videos are only playable when user interact with it, like clicking. Since your video is behind the elements, there is no way you can interact with it.
What you could do is add poster image, or make your video as layer with no dot overlays. That way, you can play it manually on mobile.

OK…I made the video a layer in rev slider now (image of settings attached) but I don’t like the play button etc on mobile.
How do I do this like your surfer Integrity demo? Is the video added as “Main background” in rev slider there (like in my second attached image)?

The video in our Integrity 1 demo is not added in Slider Revolution but the Slider Above Masthead page X option. For more details, please see https://community.theme.co/kb/sliders/
