Hey Support,

When I click your Integrity 1 video background demo, the video runs so smoothly. Are you guys using a CDN? I also have a video background for my site and it does not play as smoothly as the demo. Any tips on how to make my BG video run without studdering when someone goes to my site? Could it be hosting issues, formatting, etc.?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in.

As I checked your video, it loads too slow because it is not optimize. Try to reduce your video so that it would load fast or host it in a cloud CDN.

The video that we used in our demo is uploaded externally in vimeo. I believe vimeo could help it load faster because it is cdn.

Hey Support. So I went ahead and upload my background video to Vimeo, but when the video ends it shows additional suggested video’s to watch. How can I continuously loop the video? Should I specify in the Vimeo variables? etc. Thanks

Did you place that video as a Optional Background Video? It seems you place that as a video background of the slide?
