    Hi X Team,

I just launched a site but need to fix something that is happening with the video background. I am trying to get the same sort of look as integrity 1. My issue is the screen just shows up as black when I have the video set as the optional background video in the page settings. For now, I have the video set inside the Slider Revolution but all the forums say to use the Optional Background Video background. I set the background of revolution slider to transparent already and that had no effect. Can you help me figure this out? I will send you login details in a private post.

    Hi There,

I tried logging in unfortunately, the password is incorrect. I tried to use the video on my test server and it is working fine. Can you try again using a sample page then get back to us with correct password so we can check further.

Ok I reset the password to the one I sent earlier and it should work. I also set up a test page with a duplicate slider with the video set to optional background link instead of in revolution slider and I am getting just a black screen. Here is a link to the test page.

    Hi there,

I added another page titled ‘X support’ and still the video didn’t display.
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hope it helps.
