    Hi,
    I designed my page with the first section having a video background.

    It works properly in some devices but in others, like mine I see a picture, as if it was a mobile or the video neither the picture does not load at all. As shown in the attached screenshots.

    I’d like to understand if there are compatibility problems, format issues or anything else.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Is it a hybrid device? Like a tablet that can be a laptop or a laptop with touch feature? Either one, some feature may not work on hybrid devices. And touch devices are also considered mobile by default. You should try disabling your hybrid device’s touch feature.
