    Hello,
    On the side of a customer I have a video as a background. Has worked all the time. Suddenly, the video is no longer displayed. What can be the cause?

    Thanks for writing in! It seems like the video was stored on the dev site (http://www.bluestrings.riwaro.de/) all this time. And now the dev site is gone so does the video.

    Please upload your video on your live site and update the video URL of the Slider Background Video

    no, the video has been around for about 2 weeks here:

    Had also worked. But unfortunately not anymore.

    Yes I see the video here: http://bluestrings.eu/videos/meeting.mp4

    But we can see on the screenshot that the site is still requesting the video from http://www.bluestrings.riwaro.de/

    Please clear any caching plugin or internal caching feature your site might have.

    And please provide us login credentials in private reply, so we can take a closer look.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    And if ever it is still not showing, you might need to re edit the page and insert the correct video path.
