    Hi Themeco:

    Even though I’ve tested my X Theme/Cornerstone site several times, a client is claiming that they aren’t seeing the autoplay video happening at the top of this page:

    http://certeco.co.uk/

    They said they’re just seeing the video wallpaper still image. From what I know they have a 13″ Windows laptop. It’s not working in Chrome or Firefox, but the video IS working in IE 11 and Edge. The fact that it’s working in some of their browsers makes me think it’s a localised issue with their computer, network or settings which is stopping them from seeing the video in Chrome or Firefox.

    I’ve tested this video on Windows 7 and 8, in Chrome, Firefox and IE and it’s always been fine. Does screen resolution make any difference? Are there any other obvious roadblocks which would prevent someone seeing the video?

    Hey there,

    It is more likely that their device or display is touchscreen. Chrome and Firefox considers touchscreen laptops as a mobile device so it shows the image. IE 11 and Edge doesn’t so it works there. Regretfully, there is no solution to this currently.
