ptbright1ParticipantI need some help with a page that will display recent posts from two different categories. Can you walk me through what needs to happen with a php template?
—I want the page to look pretty much just like this: http://dev.paterakoristudios.com/?page_id=197
BUT I want new posts to populate to the page automatically once they’re published. Post with the category “galleries and shows” would come under the first header, and those categorized as “press” would go under the second header. Thanks!

JadeModeratorHi there,
You can create a new page using Cornerstone and add use a Custom Headline element for the titles then the recent post element where you can choose the category that you want to be displayed.
Hope this helps.

ptbright1ParticipantThanks, but I don’t think that’s quite what I’m going for. I’m trying to make it where posts won’t have to be manually add, and this page will show them all. That’s not possible in Cornerstone, right?

RadModeratorHi there,
What do you mean? Recent posts element will automatically display 4 recent posts and you don’t need to do that manually just to display it as recent. But if you’re referring to add 4 recent posts, and add another 4 recent posts every time you add new posts then you have to do that manually. Or simply utilize the essential grid plugin, it’s the same as recent post but more options and you can decide how many items it should display.
Thanks!
