Hi there,
I can seem to delete any sections in Cornerstone so I checked the forum and it said it might be a problem with not using the latest version of X. I tried to update the theme but it says I need validation even though it has already been. I’m not entirely sure how to update it manually. I have the latest version of WordPress and the url is http://www.mercuryred.co.uk Thanks for any help.

Hi there,
thanks for the quick reply. I had a look at them, but my website is already validated but for some reason it tells me I need to validate it again. I tried entering the product key but it told me that it was already associated with the website. It’s probably right in front of me but I couldn’t find the download button on the dashboard when i tried to do it manually.

GregSince you’re still running an older version of X which was validated using the old validation process, you will need to manually update X. You can download the new version in the forum dashboard https://community.theme.co/dashboard/. Then, follow the manual update steps given in the previous reply. After that, validate X again. If it says the license is validated, please revoke it and re-validate (see https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/site-validation/#post-1071578).
