Hello,

I built a site on X, all great, and turned it over to my client. She has recently come back to me saying that she’s getting error warnings when she tried to update the theme or associated plugins. I checked it out, and yes, the warnings are there when you try to manually update (“Update Failed: Update package not available”). I had automatic updates on and the license validated from the beginning, so I’m not sure what is going on here. Why are the automatic updates for X and Cornerstone not working? And how can I resolve this?

Thanks! That did the trick. I’m assuming the issue won’t happen again, right?

Also, can I assign the license to my client? She paid for it, so I’d like the license in her name, instead of mine.

Hello There,

Yes the issue might not happen again and if in case it will happen again, we are always here to assist you. By the way, regarding your license, you can assign the license to your client. Simply include the username and the license code so that we can transfer it to the client. Please be aware that the license will be removed from your account. If you only have one license, your username might no longer exist because the username must have at least one license.
