    I have a site that is not allowing automatic updates for X Theme or Cornerstone. I moved the site to a new production server a few months ago – so I thought this might be the issue (b/c I had not deleted the old one yet even though it was inaccessible to the public). I tried invalidating my license and re-registering. And when I did that, the X Addons section says my site is validated for automatic udpates. However, i am getting message that plugin and theme updates are not available.

    Here are the site details:
    roomtogrow.ctkmemphis.com
    X Version 4.4.2
    Cornerstone Version 1.2.4

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    You could try validating it manually then on the next update, if still not showing new updates, please let us know.

    Re-validate your setup also before updating it manually.
